Okinawa International Patchwork Guild: Happy New Year

Ladies, as the New Year begins it is time to pay our annual dues. It is $25.00 or Y2500. Please bring the money to the Jan. Friday meeting or the Saturday quilters day. Also please be prepared to pay for the Spring Retreat to Okuma this month. We need to get our numbers for Okuma ASAP so that we can begin ordering and getting everything ready.

Okuma Retreat November 22-24

This retreat will be a "UFO" weekend, plus one special project taught by a teacher from Tokyo, Ichii-San.

He will provide the complete kit for 2,800 Yen, which includes all the hardware for a bag, plus the top and back fabric, batting, iron interface, fabric for piping and piping cord.

Greater Tokyo Quilt Show January 23 - January 29, 2014

Mr. Adachi has great priced rooms available at the Tokyo Dome Hotel.

Monthly Meeting .......Workshop

Fri, November 8th at Barbie Knickerbocker's House. Please plan to attend as we discuss the final details of the Okuma Retreat which is in just two weeks.
