2009 Membership Dues
In preparation for the annual Okuma Retreat in February, we will begin to collect the 2009 Membership dues at the November Monthly meeting. Join us on 14 November for our regular meeting.

UFODo you have Unfinished Objects (UFO)? The October Workshop will be a quilting retreat at Okuma 24-26 Oct.
This will be a perfect time to bring all your UFOs to work on and get your quilted items closer to completion.

September Workshop - 20 September
Here is the Supply List:
Background: White or light cream 17 X 16 inches or slightly larger
Ribbons: fat quarters or less of 3 different colors and 3 tints of each of the colors (for instance light blue, dark blue, light purple, dark purple, light green and dark green)
Bonding paper: about 1/2 meter of a Heat & Bond type material
Borders: Select fabric for 2 smaller borders (1 1/2 " wide) and 1 larger border of focus fabric border (3 1/2" wide).
Paper: something thin enough to trace the master layout for the final design
The templates and master layout will be available.
